At the dōTERRA Convention last month, there was a session run by Tracey Fry and Joanne Ling called “Cooking with Essential Oils”. They showed us four recipes and this is the first one I have road-tested, Green Mandarin Parfait.
If you have this for breakfast like I did this morning, a simple recipe with only a few ingredients makes life easy. And it tasted delicious!
Makes 4
Ingredients
- 500g Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt 
- 5 drops of dōTERRA Green Mandarin Essential Oil 
- 500g Granola 
- Berries of choice to serve 
Method
- Mix yoghurt and oil together, stir to combine 
- Layer in the format - granola, yoghurt, granola, yoghurt 
- Top with fresh berries to serve 
You can change this up by making your own granola or using different berries on top. Apparently substituting the Green Mandarin for Lemon tastes like Lemon Cheesecake - I might have to make this for dessert.
